Introduction

The Department of Food Nutrition aims to train Dieticians in order to maintain peoples health through a balanced dietary life, and to train Dieticians in order to promote a proper dietary culture. The students may become a Registered Dietitian or serve in various community services related to food and nutrition after graduation. Food Nutrition is a field of natural science that has rapidly developed in recent years. The Department offers various teaching programs to help students grasp recent developments in the field, and to apply their knowledge to our daily lives. Also, lectures and laboratory practice provides both the specialized and the broad education necessary to produce leaders who are to play a central role in the Food Nutrition field.
