The Department of Early Childhood Education aims to improve the quality of adolescent life by????? studying children as social beings. The Teacher Education program offered in this department gives the college student a solid foundation in the methods and theories of early childhood development. The curriculum contains theories concerning the growth and development of children, conditions of childhood, teaching methods to improve children's language and cognition and practical implementation of methods in education.

? The course also includes the principles, methods, and materials for teaching young children with ?experiences in sensory-meter activities, art and music. After the successful completion of the program, students attain certificates for Kindergarten Teaching and Day Care Center Teaching. The certificate is granted under the authority of the Ministry of Education and qualifies the graduates to work in kindergartens, child-care centers and communities for improved early childhood development programs.
